How to find duplicate passwords on iPhone, iPad and Mac

We've all used one of our old passwords at least once in our lives when signing up for a new site.

Even if you're using iCloud Keychain or a third-party managerpasswords to store them, there is a very high chance that you have duplicate passwords.

Nowadays, online security has becomea serious problem. In this regard, iOS 12 and macOS Mojave have added a feature that allows you to find duplicate passwords. Now you can quickly find sites for which you use the same password and change it.

one)Open the appSettingsand go toPasswords and accounts.

2)SelectWebsite and software passwords.

3)You'll need to enter your device passcode or use Touch ID.

Here you will see all your saved passwords, and next to the repeating ones will be gray triangles with an exclamation mark.

Select an account and click on “Change Password on Website”. Here you can find out how many times and where they used the same password.

one)Open your browserSafariand in the menu, selectSettings.

2)In the pop-up window, select thePasswords.

3)Log in to your account.

Just like on iPhone and iPad, you'll see a list of your saved passwords. Next to the repeating ones there will beyellow triangleswith an exclamation point.

If you click on the yellow triangle, you will see how many times and where this password was used. You will also see a link to a page with a password change.

It's never too late to change your mind about online security. Changing passwords will take a lot of time and imagination, but in the future it will only benefit you.
