If you have any problems with the Meridian jailbreak, you can install an alternative jailbreak
Before proceeding to the instructions, you should know the following information.

- G0blin jailbreak supports the following versions of iOS 10:
- iOS 10.3.1, iOS 10.3.2, iOS 10.3.3
- Jailbreak supports the following 64-bit devices:
- iPhone 6s, iPhone 6s Plus, iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus, iPhone SE, iPhone 5s
- iPad Air 2, iPad Air, iPad 5th Generation, iPad mini 4, iPad mini 3, iPad mini 2
- iPod touch 6th generation
- It does NOT support iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus, as they are not compatible with the KPP bypass technique of Luca Todesco.
- This is a semi-tethered jailbreak, just like LiberiOS.
- Before installing the jailbreak, back up your device via iTunes.
- Charge the device so that the battery lasts for the installation process.

Step 1: Download jailbreakG0blin AndCydia Impactor
The latest available version of the G0blin IPA file can be downloaded fromofficial site, and the Cydia Impactor programfrom here. Cydia Impactor is available for macOS, Windows, Linux (32 and 64 bits).

Do not download G0blin jailbreak from other sites, they may contain viruses.
Step 2: DownloadIPA-fileG0blin to device
Connect your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch to your computer using a Lightning cable.
Launch Cydia Impactor. The program should detect your device. Drag the G0blin jailbreak IPA file you downloaded earlier into the program window. Enter your Apple ID and password and wait for the download process to complete.

Step 3: Start Trusting Your Profile
When the file is successfully downloaded, open Settings and go to General > Profiles and device management.
Click on the profile with the G0blin app and select Trust.
Step4:Run process jailbreak
Open the G0blin app from your home screen and press the buttonJailbroke Yoto start the installation.
Step 5: Wait for completion
After some time, a screen should appear with a message stating that the jailbreak has been successfully installed.

How does a semi-tethered jailbreak work?
Every time your devicereboots, jailbreak ceases to work. You can no longer use the installed tweaks. To reinstall the jailbreak, simply open the G0blin application and do the above process again.
When the deadline expiresG0blin and how to update it?
If you installed jailbreak G0blin viaFree Apple ID, it expires after 7 days. You will have to download the file again through Cydia Impactor every week. The process will be the same. You only need the G0blin application in order to reinstall the jailbreak after rebooting the device, and the expiration will not affect it in any way.
Unlike the Meridian jailbreak, Goblin supports Cydia and Cydia Substrate, so you can easily install tweaks. A list of compatible tweaks can be found here.
