Computers have learned to create pictures from poetry

A new artificial intelligence has been developed that visualizes poetry. Video demonstrating the work

computer was shared by artist and animator Glenn Marshall.

On the published video, the computer createsanimated pictures, based on the verse "In the gloomy middle of winter", written by the English writer of the XIX century Christina Rossetti. AI produces low-resolution animations. Moreover, it is obvious that the computer is trying to capture the mood of the poem, giving out a gloomy visual. Interestingly, on some lines, the AI literally shows what the work is about.

In order to turn words into a video, the animator used the Story2Hallucination library. At the same time, the vo.codes tool was used for the audio component of this video.

Earlier, we wrote about another unusual artificial intelligence. Thus, the CopyAI startup has implemented an online tool for creating love letters.
