Pumped up buttocks increased a person's running speed

A new study has found that athletes with more pumped glutes canshow the best speed

Researchers claim that 44% of performance depends ongluteal muscle.

Briefly about the research writes "PopularMechanics". The authors of the scientific study found that the top runners had some muscles much larger than those who did the worst. The scientists also drew on early research that the growth of the gluteus maximus was a key factor in the development of a person's early running ability.

The authors of the new work measured the size of 23 muscleslower body in 42 men using magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). Scientists saw that excellent sprinters had 45% more gluteus muscles than others.

The researchers concluded that with a larger gluteus muscle, a runner can generate more energy and sprint faster.
