“Katerina didn’t listen”: an encrypted verse by Taras Shevchenko was found in the STALKER 2 trailer

On 01:22 viewers are shown an underground laboratory and one of the experimental creatures, which is located in a glass container. In addition to the inscription “Property of the State of Ukraine,” players also noticed a rather unexpected reference to a poem by Taras Shevchenko.

An excerpt from the verse “Katerina” is located in the bottomtest tube parts. To read it, you will have to turn it over and mirror the image. It remains to be seen whether the inscription is related to the creature in the container, or whether it is just an “Easter egg” for players.
