Laptops based on new AMD and Intel processors compared in performance and autonomy

The authors of the TechSpot portal compared laptops with new AMD and Intel processors in terms of performance and autonomy.

The comparison can be considered objective because the tests involved one model of the XMG Core 15 laptop, which comes in two versions with the only difference being the CPU.

The first XMG Core 15 laptop is equipped with a processorAMD Ryzen 7 4800H, and the second is Intel Core i7-10750H. Otherwise, they are the same: RTX 2060 video card, 16 GB of RAM, 512 GB SSD, 1080p screen with a refresh rate of 144 Hz.

So in Cinebench R20 the clear leader inthe multi-threaded test turned out to be a variant with an AMD processor. The performance gap with the Intel version was 40%. In the single-threaded test, the Core i7-10750H takes the lead.
