GFN.RU started operating on October 3, 2019. According to the company's press release, at the beginning of September 2020, the service's game library exceeded 650 titles. At first, GFN.RU was available only for PC, later it added compatibility with Android devices. The service supports new NVIDIA technologies, including RTX ray tracing and DLSS 2.0 anti-aliasing.
On March 23, the service became free, users could try cloud gaming even without linking a bank card. The company has now decided to extend the free access period until the end of 2020.
