A video with the updatedartillery mount 2S22 "Bogdan". The howitzer was used by the Armed Forces of Ukraine, but for a while it was withdrawn from the front and sent to train cadets.
At the beginning of this year, the Minister of Defense of UkraineAlexei Reznikov announced the start of mass production of the 2S22 Bogdan. The updated version of the howitzer has a new chassis with an armored driver's cab. Outwardly, the combat vehicle resembles the MAZ-6317.

In the future, the artillery installation will bemodernized. In particular, at the international exhibition IDEX-2023 in Abu Dhabi, the 2C22 “Bogdana” project based on the Czech Tatra T815 truck with an 8×8 wheel arrangement was presented.
The Armed Forces of Ukraine began using the howitzer in the spring of 2022. There is information that she took part in the liberation of Snake Island in the summer of that year.
