The Israeli startup SuperMeat was engaged in unusual catering, which, in turn, grows chicken meat in the laboratory.

“Creating” chicken for restaurant dishes undercalled The Chicken takes place in a bioreactor. This design is a kind of part of an experimental installation, which everyone can see through transparent glass inside the restaurant.

The main course at The Chicken is crispychicken fillet with fried mushrooms, herbs and red onion on a brioche bun. Representatives of the startup say that according to the reviews of the tasting commissions, their product is completely indistinguishable from chicken produced in the traditional way. By the way, in the next 5 years SuperMeat plans to grow into an enterprise covering the production of such chicken on an industrial scale.
