The ministry is considering two optionsimplementation of the project "Superservice 22", indicates the publication. The first is budget financing with the attraction of private investment, when the state controls the system. The second is private investment: the company will develop a service and will return the investment by charging a fee for using the platform.
At the moment, all documentation on transportationis drawn up on paper, however, thanks to innovations, the company will be able to exchange electronic documents, but the customs and tax services and the traffic police require paper versions according to the standards, their registration takes 1.5-2% of all transportation costs.
According to the newspaper's source, Sberbank, Megafon or Yandex may become partners of the project.Sberbank confirmed that they are discussing various forms of project implementation.
Superservice 22 should become a platform forregistration of transportation on the principle of a single window, the newspaper explains. Among the services that should be on the platform are a carrier's personal account, an electronic bill of lading, paperless registration of waybills, and others.
Piloting of the system is planned until 2021, until the end of 2024 - implementation throughout the country.
