At the G7 summit in Japan, immediately after meeting withPresident of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy, US President Joe Biden announced another military aid package to be sent to Ukraine in the near future.
What is known
The total amount of the new aid package is $375 million.
It will include:
▪️additional ammunition for HIMARS missile and artillery systems;
▪️ artillery shells;
▪️ anti-tank guided missiles TOW;
▪️ Javelin and AT-4 anti-tank systems;
▪️bridge systems;
▪️armored medical vehicles;
▪️trucks and trailers for transporting heavy equipment;
▪️thermal imaging systems;
▪️ spare parts and other field equipment.
Joe Biden assured that the United States will continue to support Ukraine in the fight against the Russian occupation forces.
