Open the Latitude app on your device withiOS or go to the iCloud website, log in using your Apple ID and select the Find iPhone section. Select your AirPods here and you will see their location on the map. Here will be either their current location, or their last location before shutting down. If there is a green dot next to the headphones, they are turned on. In this case, you can play sound on them to facilitate the search. Headphones do not connect to computer

If this does not help, you need to unplug the headphones fromcomputer and then link them again. To do this, turn Bluetooth off and on on your computer. This may be problematic if you have a Bluetooth mouse. In this case, go to your Bluetooth settings (via the menu bar icon or System Preferences > Bluetooth), find your AirPods and turn them off. After that, connect the headphones to the computer as you did the first time.

AirPods play quietly when connected to Android
If you use AirPods with Android, then youYou may have noticed that the headphones sound quieter than when connected to an iOS device. Many AirPods features depend on the W1 chip (or H1 for AirPods 2 and AirPods Pro). Android devices do not have it, and this can affect the volume of the headphones.

When you connect AirPods to an Android smartphone, the headphone volume does not sync with the device volume, as in iOS. Fortunately, there is a solution to the problem.

Charges quickly
AirPods should work about five hours afterfull charge, and talk time up to three hours for AirPods 2 and AirPods Pro or up to two hours for regular AirPods.
