Almost half of the companies are going to cut their staff due to new technologies

As a result, more than 85 million people will remain unemployed due to the introduction of new technologies. 

However at the same time

it is planned to expand 34.5% of places. We are talking about new professions; the total number of vacancies for them should be more than 97 million.

Despite this, experts remind that the process of replacing workers with technology will be rather slow. Since the leadership is not yet ready for it, and there are few specialists needed.

The Russian labor market has already generated a request forspecialists who will be in demand in the next five years. These are primarily AI and machine learning specialists, data analysts, software and application developers, process automation specialists, management and organizational analysts.

Therefore, in the next five years, 40% of employees must retrain, and more than 70% must improve their skills.
