HMD Global has quietly announced two new Nokia-branded phones in China: Nokia 215 4G and Nokia 225 4G.

These are classic push-button dialers, the mention of 4G in the names of which emphasizes the type of networks supported and distinguishes them from the older models: Nokia 215 2015 and Nokia 225 2014.

Despite the fact that it starts next weekaccepting pre-orders, there are very few details about the new products. Both are made of polycarbonate, support 4G and VoLTE, have FM radio and a microSD card slot. The older model 225 4G has a camera, but the 215 4G doesn’t even have one. In general, the phones are similar in design, although there are some differences.

Nokia 215 4G
Nokia 215 4G comes in two colors - blackand green, and is already available for pre-orders in several Chinese stores. They indicate a price of about $43, but HMD Global did not name the official price. Nokia 225 4G is offered in black, blue and gold for $52, pre-orders begin on October 17.
