The video shows how the Ukrainian Armed Forces use the B-8M1 aviation unit with 80 mm C-8 missiles from a homemade ground installation, although the B-8M1 is usually hung on combat helicopters or airplanes.

Naturally, such missiles do not fire as far as Grads. However, they can still be effective.
