Doctor of Military Sciences Konstantin Sivkov told in which countries the United States will be ready to use nuclear weapons.
According to him, America can usetactical nuclear weapons in several local conflicts. The likelihood of its use in a world war, although not excluded, is extremely small. Sivkov believes that all parties understand how dangerous such a scenario is for the survival of all humanity.
Sivkov refers to the publication "Nuclearscalpel ”, which claims that the United States may decide to use nuclear weapons in Syria, Libya, Iraq and Afghanistan. There is also a possibility of aggression by the United States, Israel, NATO countries and their allies against Iran. In this case, a large-scale, but, nevertheless, local war will turn out.
