Fable reboot storytelling supervisor Anna Magill to step down in August

Last month, Playground Games finally unveiled a trailer for the reboot of the popular action role-playing game series Fable.

which caused a lot of excitement among fans. However, since then there have been no updates regarding the game's development – until now, although the news is sad.

What is known

Narrator Anna Megillher Twitter account said she would leave the post in August. She noted that she spent wonderful years working on this fabulous game, but now, according to her, it's time for new challenges in her career:

Friends, I have news.I'm stepping down from my role as Narrative Lead on Fable in August. I've had some wonderful years in my fairy house, but it's time for new challenges.

Megill joined Playground Games in 2021year as the head writer of Falbe, and in the 22nd she received the position of head of storytelling. Before Falbe, she worked on such successful projects as Dishonored: Death of the Outsider, The Division 2 and Control. It remains to be seen whether Magill will remain at Playground Games, although the decision to leave the position seems interesting, since back in February she said about the development team: "I've been here for two years and I'm still happy."
