Most likely iOS 13.4 will be the last major version of iOS 13, and then Apple will begin work on iOS 14. It is important that there are no bugs in the latest update, as in the initial versions. Even after so many updates, some are still not happy with iOS 13.
It's great that Apple has stopped slowing down old devices with the release of updates, as before.
