And it's not just a matter of lower resolution and pixel density. The XR display has less contrast and brightness compared to OLED. Additionally, the XR lacks 3D Touch, although Apple has tried to compensate for this with Haptic Touch.

Finally, the iPhone XR lacks supportHDR10 and Dolby Vision technologies. However, there's no denying that for an LCD panel, the iPhone XR's display delivers excellent results with high color accuracy (thanks to True Tone) and supports Tap to Wake.

The main camera module is the same in bothsmartphones, however, in the iPhone Xs it is complemented by a second 12 megapixel telephoto module, thanks to which the Xs supports 2x optical zoom without loss of quality. However, all other features in these cameras are identical – including an updated Portrait mode, Smart HDR, improved TrueTone flash, and optical image stabilization. In addition, both new products can record sound in stereo while shooting video.

For photography, Smart HDR mode (combining 4 pictures into 1) and an updated portrait mode with the ability to customize background blur and bokeh, as in the main camera, are available.
Face ID
