The Pentagon has announced a new military aid package for the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

What is known

New package

Includes:

  • Additional ammunition for NASAMS air defense systems;
  • MANPADS Stinger;
  • Additional ammunition for MLRS HIMARS;
  • 155 mm and 105 mm artillery shells;
  • 15 Bradley infantry fighting vehicles;
  • 10 Stryker armored personnel carriers;
  • ATGM Javelin;
  • Optically guided missiles (TOW);
  • Anti-tank systems AT-4;
  • Over 22 million small arms cartridges and grenades;
  • Ammunition to destroy obstacles;
  • Tactical secure communication support equipment;
  • Spare parts and other field equipment.

The total amount of the new aid package is $325,000,000. Arms deliveries will begin in the near future.
