Among them is a new jailbreak tweakDots2. As you can see in the screenshot above, the tweak displays the pulsating colored dots of missed notifications at the top of the screen when the device is locked.

The colors of the dots correspond to the applications from which notifications come. They will appear on the locked display until you see the notifications.

OLED displays do not highlight black pixels, thanks to which energy is saved. Therefore, a tweak should not affect charging, but it will look very beautiful. In addition, the always-on display option can be disabled.

After installing the Dots 2 tweak, a panel with its options will appear in Settings:

Here you can:

  • Turn Twig Toggle Dots on and off
  • Use your dots colors instead of application colors.
  • Turn on and off the always-on display.
  • Turn on and off wake by touch.
  • Adjust the size of the dots.
  • And other…

There is also a respring button for applying changes.

In theory, a tweak can work on models without an OLED display, but we do not recommend using it like that because of waste of energy. However, you can turn off the always-on display.

If you want to install the Dots 2 tweak, itcan be downloaded from the Packix repository in any tweak manager. If you have a previous version of the tweak, the update will be free. The tweak works on all jailbroken iOS 13 devices.
