The Turkish Ministry of Defense wants to receive twoaircraft engine. Ivchenko-Progress will work together with the Turkish company Tusas Engine Industries (TEI). Rolls-Royce partners with Kale Group. One of the key requirements is the complete transfer of rights to the power plant to Turkey.
