What to expect
According to the minister, Ukraine has entered into three new agreements with the Turkish company Baykar, a manufacturer of Bayraktar attack drones.
“There is an important result - three new agreementswith Turkish manufacturer Baykar for Ukrainian manufacturers. I won’t tell you the details, of course, but I assure you that these contracts provide our country with export revenue and new generation weapons,” Alexander Kamyshin wrote on social networks.

What could we be talking about?Baykar uses Ukrainian engines in its drones. For example, AI-450 and MS-500 engines are installed in Akıncı UAVs, and AI-322F engines are installed in Kızılelma. As for the “new generation weapons” that the minister is talking about, these could be Bayraktar TB2 or even Akıncı and Kızılelma drones, as well as a new development - the Kemankes cruise missile. The last two have not yet entered serial production, but Akıncı is already being produced and supplied to the Turkish armed forces.
