Samsung Galaxy Buds: problems
Some Samsung headphone users includingGalaxy Buds and the new Galaxy Buds Lives report that when these earbuds are used in warmer and hotter conditions, TWS will emit an endless beep until you remove them and let them cool down.
Actually, this happens when wearing an accessoryin direct sunlight. As soon as you put them on, the Samsung Galaxy Buds will beep after a few minutes. More annoyingly, the sound will not stop until you move out of the sun and let it cool down. Users who have reported this say it happens when the outside temperature is between 32 and 37.7 degrees Celsius. Agree, in summer this is normal for some regions.
One user wrote: “Well, I bought new Galaxy buds while I'm using them. Every time I use them, after a while (about an hour) they start to heat up and become warm. Is anyone else experiencing this? And in general, is this normal for such headphones? "
Interestingly, we have never heard of such aa problem neither from Samsung nor from other top manufacturers. And even more annoying is the fact that the accessory does not warn the user about the overheating of the product, but continues to beep until it cools down. For people living in hot climates, this makes the headphones virtually unusable.
Of course, no one says Samsung GalaxyBuds— amazing product. But if they can only be used in certain regions and under certain conditions, many people will choose other headphones. Samsung should somehow explain and comment on this.
