9 months after release: Google stops production and sales of Pixel 4 and Pixel 4 XL

This week, Google introduced the Pixel 4a and confirmed that it is preparing to announce the Pixel 5 and Pixel 4a 5G, which

are set to debut on October 8th. At the same time, the manufacturer decided to “bury” the current flagships.

What does it mean

Google representatives confirmed that the companyis ending production and sales of last year's Pixel 4 and Pixel 4 XL. And this despite the fact that they were released only 9 months ago, and the next Pixel 5 is still a few months away. Apparently, Pixel 4 and Pixel 4 XL are not popular among buyers.

Currently, the Google Store in some countries and retail stores are selling off remaining stock.
