The “Night Shift” feature taken from iOS and whichturns the screen into warm yellowish shades, appeared in this beta version of MacOS. Exposure to bright blue screens right before bed can have a negative impact on your sleep. The Night Mode feature turns the screen into warm colors when the sun sets.
