Sony has finally confirmed the release date for Deathloop, which was previously leaked thanks to a New Zealand PlayStation Store error.
When to expect
PlayStation 5 and PC users will be able to play Deathloop on May 21, 2021. The game will be released simultaneously on all platforms and will be a timed console exclusive.
The project was developed within the walls of Arkane, the creatorsDishonored, which recently came under the wing of Microsoft along with Bethesda. According to Phil Spencer, the studios' previous agreements with Sony will remain in force, so the release on Xbox Series X will take place, but later.

Let us remind you that Deathloop is a kind of “bagel”from the creators of Dishonored. You will play as an assassin who needs to eliminate 8 targets in 24 hours, and at the same time stay alive. One bullet, one death, and everything starts all over again. Complicating the hero’s life will be a killer girl whose goal is to protect the villains from the blacklist. In addition to firearms, the player will also have special abilities in their arsenal, which will also help to deftly eliminate enemies.
