Luckily, there's a new free jailbreak tweakAirDropConfirmsolves this problem. It asks for your confirmation before sending files using AirDrop.

As shown in the screenshot above, the tweak looksvery beautiful, as if this is a standard feature of Apple. It displays a confirmation message after you select the destination device in the AirDrop menu. You can confirm or cancel sending files.
