Japan to create world's first cosmetics for use in space

The Japanese company Pola Orbis, together with the airline All Nippon Airways (ANA), decided to create the world's first cosmetics,

which could be used in space.

The authors of the project noted that they will soon becomeprivate travel into space is possible. The Japanese want to “make space life beautiful and comfortable.” New cosmetics can be used in zero gravity conditions. In addition, it will be adapted for use in the extremely dry space environment.

New skin care products will be calledCosmoSkin. They first plan to test the cosmetics on an airplane, which will be provided by ANA. On board the aircraft, conditions will be created that are as close as possible to those in space.

CosmoSkin products will be on the market by 2023. The cosmetics will be intended for wealthy space tourists.
