Huawei decided that it was time to get rid of this long-standing problem, and it did this in the recently released flagships of the P60 series. It is reported that Huawei P60, P60 Pro and P60 Art are capable of performing NFC payments at checkouts when the charge drops to 0%.

By default, this option is disabled, and when it isactivation, the smartphone will prompt you to select the number of valid transactions in the off state. Moreover, if the purchase price exceeds a certain limit, the password can be entered directly on the terminal. Unfortunately, it is not yet clear if the technology will work outside of China.
