A rather unusual rating of Russian cities has appeared on the Web. It is based on the "index" of shawarma.

The list was compiled by a group of analysts from 2GIS. The “index” itself shows how many servings of shawarma residents of a particular city can buy with an average monthly salary.
In general, there were no surprises. Moscow is in first place - residents of the capital can buy 406 portions of shawarma worth 298 rubles a month with an average monthly salary of 121,000 rubles.
Second place went to Krasnoyarsk. Residents of this city can already buy 319 servings within a month, while the cost of each is 210 rubles. The average salary in the city is 61,000 rubles.
Third place went to St. Petersburg with 302 servings of shawarma at 269 rubles each, with an average salary of 81,000 rubles.
Analysts also said that the cheapest shawarma among million-plus cities is in Omsk. There, one serving of the dish can be bought for 189 rubles.
