CES, formerly known as the Consumer Electronics Show, is an annual consumer electronics exhibition that
Every year, hundreds of companies present theirnovelties - consumer devices, platforms for digital content, home robotics and much more. This year was no exception and, like several previous years, a variety of robots attracted special attention at the last exhibition.
Robotic dog with multiple personalities
Robotic toy manufacturerWowWee presented a new development at CES - the smart dog Dog-E. Each of the toys is unique with more than a million possible combinations of colorful lights, sounds and personality, the company says.
Dog-E is a robotic dog connected to a specialcontrol application. The company achieved realistic movements. The device is equipped with audio sensors for listening to sounds, touch sensors on the head, nose and sides of the body, and a tail on which icons and messages are displayed.

When the device is activated, the white puppy comes to life.Depending on the actions of the user, its color and behavior are uniquely configured. To "tame" and customize the robot, the toy can be patted on the head, patted on the nose, or played with. At the same time, the same toy can demonstrate a different character for different users.
Switching individual profiles alsoavailable in the app. For example, one of the "personalities" may like to rest, while others will always be hungry, the dog may be cute and shy or cheeky and playful. It is noted that the pre-order for the purchase of your own pet is already available on the company's website.
Electric car charging robot, smart lawn mower and garden helper
Robotic novelties presented onexhibition will please not only children, but also adults. For example, Evar has developed the Parky robot, which will help owners of electric vehicles. This is a compact autonomous robot that can find a car anywhere on the site and charge it. The novelty should especially please the owners of country houses who do not want to equip themselves with a special charging station.
Instead of parking on the chargersite, drivers can leave the car anywhere on their own site, and Parky will come to him. The bot provides DC charging with a power of 15 kW per hour. One hour of charging with such a device is enough to drive about 50 km.

Another novelty for owners of a country housereal estate is a lawn care robot. EcoFlow has introduced the EcoFlow Blade, which they call the "world's first" robotic lawn mower that can also pick up leaves. The robot automatically collects leaves and trims the edges of the lawn. The device is equipped with GPS and LiDAR sensors to help it move around the area. And you can set tasks and manage the device using the application.

And the Japanese agricultural startup Agristdeveloped a robot “L” that can harvest bell peppers. The device independently determines when the vegetables are ripe, and then picks the desired fruits with millimeter precision, maneuvering between several layers of leaves.
With the help of cameras and a system of artificialintelligence L can determine the exact location, size, ripeness and time of collection of peppers, the creators say. It moves along pre-set suspension lines, approaches the plant, locates the desired pepper on it and cuts it off before putting it in the box. This robot can not only collect, but also predict future work and even predict the expected size of the crop.

A dog is a man's best friend and helper
Another robops was introduced by Unitreerobotics. Created by this tech startup, the Go1 dog is a true human companion. It is equipped with special sensors that monitor the owner's speed, so that the device can follow the owner while maintaining a safe distance, both while jogging and walking down the street.
The developers note that, unlike analoguesthe robot follows the person in such a way as to remain in the owner's lateral peripheral vision at all times. This approach is a more reliable and safer way for human-computer interaction, the engineers say. With Go1, the owner does not have to constantly look back and worry about whether the robot is lost or hit an obstacle.
In addition, the robot, which weighs only 12 kg, can carry loads of up to 5 kg on its back, which means it will become an indispensable assistant for going to the store.

The Japanese company Aoelus Robotics has developedservice robot called Aeo. This robot can be used for security, delivery, healthcare and hospitality. The robot is equipped with two mechanized arms, one of which can grab objects, while the other disinfects surfaces using ultraviolet radiation.
Specially for helping the elderly and patientshospitals and nursing homes the company has developed the Care function. The artificial intelligence of the autonomous robot detects when patients are in danger and transmits a special signal. At the same time, a 360° night vision camera can monitor a home, office or other premises and broadcast live video to a phone or computer at a hospital control room.
The robot is relatively compact:1.15 m high and 55 cm wide, but his arm can lift up to 4 kg. The company notes that it can independently help patients get up if they fall, as well as bring them food or drinks. This robot has already begun to be tested at airports, hotels and hospitals in Taiwan, Hong Kong and Japan.
