A giant sunspot is turning towards the Earth. It is visible to the naked eye

A giant sunspot AR3190 has appeared on the visible side of the Sun's disk. It is so big that it

can be seen even with the naked eye. However, for observations it is necessarybe sure to use sunglasses and a special filter, Hi-Tech warns.

According to spaceweather.com, astronomers from South Korea have already succeeded. In addition, photographer Bray Falls took an impressive photo of the spot, showing it in great detail.

The size of the spot is four times largerEarth and is 50,000 km. It is part of the sunspot group No. 3190 and in four days it will be on the central meridian of the Sun and directed directly at our planet. If the complex magnetic structure of a group of sunspots persists or even intensifies, then the Earth will experience a powerful coronal ejection towards the Earth.
