British mathematician Dr. Anne-Marie Imafidon has developed a formula that should help
The formula takes into account several factors, that affect how a person feels when they get out of bed. These include the number of hours you sleep, the time you get up, the time you spend eating breakfast, and the time you spend on daily habits like meditation.
The formula looks like this:

- s– minutes spent in the shower
- e– minutes spent on training
- b– minutes spent on breakfast
- h– hours spent sleeping
- w– the difference (in hours) between the time you get out of bed and 7:12 am.
- c– minutes spent on morning habits.
- g = 37.
That is, all of the above together should give a coefficient of at least 37. The mathematician relied on early research when deriving the formula.
