Let us recall that in mid-December the President of SamsungElectronics Young Sohn said that more than 1 million Galaxy Folds have already been sold. But after this, the company’s press service denied his words, noting that Young Son most likely confused real sales with the company’s plans for the year.
At the CES 2020 exhibition, which is currently taking place in Las Vegas, journalists spoke with the head of the company’s mobile division and tried to find out his real sales figures.
“I think we sold between 400,000up to 500,000 Galaxy Fold smartphones,” said Dong Jin Ko (DJ Koh), president and chief executive officer of Samsung Electronics’ IT and mobile communications division.

Apparently, the manager himself does not know how many Galaxy Folds have left the shelves. Therefore, it is possible that Samsung will soon issue another refutation.
