Aircraft control is provided by 12rotors mounted on propulsion systems distributed over its wide wings. The rear six have two blades pointing upwards and they lock into a configuration with minimal drag in level flight. The front six have five blades and can be fully tilted forward for cruise flight.
The salon is equipped to accommodate fourpassengers and pilot. It is designed to be very easy to get in and out of, with each seat having small dividers separating it from adjacent seats. A special panel displays the name and destination for each passenger, while panoramic windows provide a wide view.

The developers report that Midnight is capable ofreach a maximum speed of up to 241 km/h and can fly up to 160 km without recharging. The flight is performed at an altitude of about 600 m. The company positions eVTOL as a means of moving around the city. It is optimized for a two-way journey of 32 km, after which it requires 10 minutes of charging.
The company promises prices comparable to servicestaxi services. The first passenger route will be launched from a helipad in midtown Manhattan to Newark Liberty International Airport. Other routes will be announced later.
