Chinese e-commerce and technology giant Alibaba Group (known in Russia for the AliExpress trading platform)
With the ability of Chinese and Englishlanguages Tongyi Qianwen will first be integrated into DingTalk, Alibaba's digital collaboration workspace and application development platform. In addition, AI capabilities will be used in Tmall Genie, the company's Internet of Things (IoT)-enabled smart home device.
The service is currently available forbeta testing for corporate clients of Tongyi Qianwen in China. The CEO of Alibaba Group noted that in the near future AI will be introduced into all of the company's products, but did not announce the exact launch timeline.

From previous statements by company representativeswe can conclude that while the service lags behind ChatGPT in terms of capabilities: the model has not yet been trained to recognize images and convert text to an image.
