Make sure that the computer is controlled by him and not by a hacker.

The technology was developed by the cybersecurity company BehavioSec: Amazon's security, finance and legal team agreed to use its solution.

BehavioSec analyzes keyboard presses and mouse movements from Amazon customer service staff.Based on this data, the system will create a "profile" of the employee and willAnalyze whether a person is performing actions on a computer or a hacker.

It is noted that the development does not analyze the sites and applications that the employee uses, and will not control work communications.

Previously, Amazon already had precedents when an attacker tried to impersonate a company support employee and was able to gain access to confidential user data.
