An engineer made a prototype of an unmanned electric bike with a lidar and an accelerometer

Huawei engineer Zhihui Jun has created an electric bicycle that is equipped with a system that allows

him to maintain balance in any situation. The developer decided to make such a vehicle after he fell from his regular bicycle during a trip and was injured.

The electric bike has a number of high-precisionsensors that help the driver move safely in dense city traffic. Among the sensors, it is worth noting depth sensors, LiDAR, accelerometer and gyroscope.

The bike is equipped with two powerful brushless electric motors, one of which is responsible for the steering.

As noted by Gizmochina, this is a third-party project of the engineer, he is not going to establish production and sell an electric bike.
