The game was developed on the game engine 4 partsCrash Bandicoot. It was supposed to be released in 2021. However, Toys For Bob, which makes Crash games, was sent to help develop Call of Duty: Warzone.
Wumpa League should be an online game where twoTeams compete to be the first to collect a certain amount of Wumpa Fruit. The game has several cards with their own characteristics. For example, on one of the maps, the level of toxic water is constantly rising and players have to look for new safe places.
The game should also have various characters from the Crash Bandicoot universe with their own skins that can be obtained and upgraded.
Liam also stated that he had more recent footage of the Wumpa League but was banned from showing it. This has already started rumors that the game could be announced at The Game Awards 2022.
