And this is possible: the user demands from Apple $ 5 million because of the exploded iPhone 6

Hopkins County, Texas resident Robert Franklin sued Apple over an incident

which happened in 2019.

What happened

In a lawsuit filed recently in the US District CourtThe Eastern District of Texas says that Robert was injured as a result of the explosion of his iPhone 6. According to him, that day he was listening to music on his smartphone, but at some point it began to disappear.

The man walked up to the phone and took it in his hand, and at that moment it exploded in his face. As a result, the victim received injuries to his wrist and eyes, which, as he claims, continue to be felt to this day. The lawsuit states that “the iPhone 6 battery contains a defect that prevents it from reliably performing its function of powering the iPhone 6 without overheating. This defect creates a risk of explosion and fire in iPhone 6."

Robert says he bought the phone in 2018,but whether it was new or used and what condition it was in at the time of the explosion is unknown. However, the man is demanding hefty compensation—as much as $5 million. This amount includes reimbursement for the cost of the faulty phone and battery, as well as the cost of replacing the device, court costs and attorney fees he will have to pay.
