Announcement of Huawei Nova Y90 – the thinnest frames and IPS for the European market

Without further ado, Huawei presented the Nova Y90, a new budget device for the global market. Visually

the device is similar to Huawei Mate 40 and the recent HonorX9, however, is seriously different from them in terms of filling. The front panel is represented by a 6.7″ LCD screen with a frequency of 90 Hz and minimal side frames (1.05 mm). The reverse side of the novelty meets the design of cameras familiar from the Mate 40, of which there are three: a 50-megapixel main one with a pair of 2-megapixel plugs for macro and bokeh.

Nova Y90 hides a 4G chipset under the hoodSnapdragon 680 with 8/128 GB of memory, and the device is powered by a 5000 mAh battery with 40-W charging. In the presence of an NFC module and a 3.5 mm audio jack, as well as a finger scanner in the power button. The software base is the EMUI 12 shell, but the Android version, alas, is not mentioned anywhere. There are four colors to choose from: white, green, blue and black. The price tag and the date of the start of sales of Huawei Nova Y90 have not yet been announced. It is possible that this will happen for the company with Nova 10 at the July 4th event.
