According to ZTE calculations, the collected luminous flux of the main module with a 64-megapixel Sony IMX787 sensor (1/1.72″) and f/1.6 aperture is ahead of the Xiaomi 13 Pro with its much larger 1″ sensor IMX989 (f/1.9). Also included is a 50-megapixel wide camera with autofocus from 2 cm, but the periscope module, available on its predecessors, is cut out to lower the price tag.

But ZTE did not sacrifice performance:Due to the top-end chip with a large cooling system and advanced memory standards (LPDDR5X, UFS 4.0), the Nubia Z50 scores about 1,337,140 points in AnTuTu. As for the screen, without revelations: a fairly standard 10-bit 6.67″ AMOLED panel with rounded side edges and a frequency of up to 144 Hz.

Rounding out the composition is an 80-watt battery charge on5000 mAh, stereo speakers, a linear vibration motor and a MyOS 13 shell based on Android 13, notable for a minimal set of pre-installed applications and spectacular space-themed live wallpapers.

Nubia Z50 will go on sale in ChinaDecember 23 in configurations 8/128, 8/256, 12/256, 12/512 and 16/1024 GB for 2999 yuan, 3399, 3699 and 3999 and 5999 yuan respectively. The color palette includes light green eco-leather and glass classic in black and white. It will also be possible to purchase a special set created in collaboration with Costa Coffee, which includes a scarf and other merch.
