The two main differences of the Xperia 5 IV are a 6.1" 120Hz OLED panel with Full HD resolution (instead of a large 4K display) and the absence of periscope optics on the telephoto.But there is also a 3.5 mm audio jack with a full set of audio goodies, a fan-favorite dedicated button for the camera on the end, a waterproof body in a classic format with symmetrical indents and a modern setwireless interfaces, including 6GHz Wi-Fi 6E.Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 (not a plus), for autonomy - batteryat 5000 mAh (impressive considering the small screen).

Back to the camera, the Xperia 5 IV has four 12-megapixelsensors: three on the back and one on the front for selfies. There is optical image stabilization, a 7.5x hybrid zoom, and a 124-degree wide capture angle. The camera can record video in 4K @ 60fps, as well as slo-mo 4K @ 120fps. The front camera supports SteadyShot stabilization and screen flash.

Sony Xperia 5 IV is available in three colors –black, white and green. The only version offered is with 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of ROM. Price – $999 in the US and 1049 euros in the EU. The prospects for its appearance in Russia have not yet been reported.
