Apple releases iOS 14 beta 5: bug fixes, large Apple News widget and new location request interface

Apple has released the fifth beta version of iOS 14 for developers.

there are no fundamental changes in the firmware,but the manufacturer has fixed many bugs and also added several small but useful innovations. For example, Apple has brought back the ability to select alarm times by scrolling through the clock, and also added a large new Apple News widget for the Today section. It cannot be installed on the desktop.

Back in iOS 14 beta 5, it became possible not toshow hidden albums in gallery. The software also added a new permission request interface for location tracking, a “What’s new?” screen. in the Shortcuts app and much more.

When to expect

Users who previously installed the developer version of iOS 14 have already begun to receive the firmware. Let us remind you that the stable release of the software is scheduled for autumn.
