Apple taught the touch bar in the MacBook to respond to pressure

An Apple patent has been published online that describes the technology that makes the touchpad in a MacBook

respond to pressure.

The new Touch Bar described in the patent, in general, almost no different from the existing one. However, it includes Force Touch technology, which can sense how hard you press on the pad and perform different tasks based on the intensity of the pressure.

Similar technology was introduced in the MacBook trackpad back in 2015. Now, apparently, we can expect it in the next generation of laptops, which, by the way, will be released with proprietary Apple processors.

Gizmochina reminds that Touch Bar -it is a small interactive OLED strip above the keyboard in MacBook Pro models. The new patent confirms that the panel will not disappear anywhere from future innovations.
