Apple starts selling refurbished 2023 MacBook Pro and Mac mini

Apple this week added a gray "2023" label to its page for refurbished Macs

in USA. This means that refurbished 2023 MacBook Pro and Mac mini will go on sale in the near future.

What to expect

We are talking about 14-inch MacBook Pro, 16-inchThe MacBook Pro and Mac mini, which debuted just a few months ago, were released in January of this year. All of them are equipped with proprietary chips: 14-inch and 16-inch MacBook Pro models are available with M2 Pro or M2 Max chips, and Mac mini with M2 or M2 Pro processors (depending on the modification).

Currently, new MacBook Pros start at $1,999 (14-inch) and $2,499 (16-inch), and Mac minis start at $599. Typically, the cost of refurbished devices is 15% lower.

Apple carefully re-inspects, tests, cleans and repackages refurbished Macs. They come with a one-year limited warranty and are eligible for AppleCare+ coverage.
