Apple apologizes for listening to messages for Siri

Apple has issued a formal apology for secretly storing user voice messages for

Siri assistant and their processing by hired workers.

“We understand that we did not follow our lofty ideals, and we apologize for that,” the company says.

Apple also made policy changesSiri privacy. First, they will no longer save records for Siri. Instead, they will continue to use computer transcription. Secondly, users will be able to send their notes to Apple on their own to improve the assistant. Those who take part in the program will be able to refuse at any time. Third, only Apple staff members will be able to listen to sample recordings for Siri. The team will delete all entries that are not directly related to it.
