Apple has acknowledged a problem with streaking on iPhone 14 Pro screens and is already working on a fix

Last month we wrote about how the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max smartphones had problems with their screens:

users complained about random blinkinggreen and yellow stripes that appear when you turn on or unlock your device and disappear after a few seconds. Apple has now acknowledged the issue and allayed fears that it was due to a hardware defect.

What is known

In a memo, the company said it is already working on an iOS update that should resolve the issue.

“iPhone 14 Pro users may report thatwhen they turn on or unlock their phone, they briefly see horizontal lines flashing on the screen. Apple is aware of this issue and a software update will be released soon to resolve the issue."

It's iOS 16 now.3 is being tested with developers and public beta program participants, but the update is not expected to be released for at least a few more weeks. Most likely, Apple will release iOS 16.2.1 soon to fix this and other bugs.
