Apple has released a stable version of macOS Catalina: what's new and who will update

Apple in June announced a beta version of macOS Catalina, and now, four months later,

stable release came out.

When to expect

The update is already available for download in the store.Mac App Store apps. It can be installed by users of MacBook Air 2012 or later, MacBook Pro 2012 or later, MacBook 2015 or later, iMac 2012 or later, iMac Pro 2017 or later, Mac Pro 2013 or later, and owners of Mac Mini 2012 or later.

What's new

Recall macOS Catalina came out with the number 10.15. A lot of useful things were added to the system. For example, voice control, which will facilitate the use of the gadget for people with disabilities, Find My application, which combines Find My Friends and Find My iPhone services, as well as Catalyst technology. It allows developers to easily transfer applications from iPad to macOS. There is no iTunes application in the new operating system. Now there will be three separate programs instead: Apple Music, Apple Podcast, and Apple TV.
